Hope Stevenson

Hope grew up immersed in the chimney industry, inspired by her father who dedicated his entire career to working for suppliers and manufacturers. After attending college, Hope gained valuable experience in various business settings before launching her entrepreneurial journey.

In 2003, Hope and her husband, Gary, founded Arizona Glass Specialists, marking the beginning of their business ventures. Today, they successfully own and operate two prominent construction companies based in Phoenix, Arizona.  If she tells you to do something in your business, it’s probably because she’s already done it herself.

In 2004, Hope became a trainer and meeting facilitator with the Dave Pomeroy Signature Training team. She partners with organizations nationwide, focusing on strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing overall business practices. Hope has also contributed to the industry through leadership roles, including serving as a previous treasurer of the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) and as a past president of the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Education Foundation (HPBEF) board of directors.

Beyond her professional commitments, Hope is deeply involved in philanthropy, working with multiple foundations in Arizona and spending almost a month every year in Malawi working with an NGO and guest teaching at the African Bible College.

One of Hope’s guiding principles is captured in her favorite saying: “I never lose. I either win or I learn.”
